Cancellations and Refunds

At ALTAIRRUNQU ARTLABS ACADEMY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we value our customers and strive to provide a fair and transparent reservation system. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Green Room Reservations

• Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) before the reservation date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the reservation date: No refund will be provided.
• Same-day cancellations (on the day of the reservation): 0% refund, no exceptions.

2. Pottery Reservations

• All pottery reservations are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded.

3. General Guidelines

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1–2 working days after approval.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available for the reserved time slot. Failure to show up will be considered a last-moment cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
• In the rare event that ALTAIRRUNQU ARTLABS ACADEMY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED has to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
